Plastic Bonded Media

Plastic Bonded Media is designed to produce a high surface finish without surface hardening the components.

Our research and development with new Resins and Abrasives has allowed us to produce Plastic Media that gives both consistent wear rates and performance.

Resincraft's Plastic Media is most suited to non-ferrous materials and is available in the standard Shapes, Cone, Pyramid and Triangles.

Ceramic Bonded Media

Resincraft has a range of Ceramic Media that can provide either rapid stock removal or alternatively, a very fine finish. Our products are precision formed using the highest quality materials and vitrified in carefully controlled high temperature kilns, resulting in a Medial, consistent in hardness and wearing qualities. Resincraft Ceramic Media is available in Cylinders, Triangles, Stars and cones.

Compounds

Resincraft has the complete range of Compounds in both Powders and Liquids. By adding the correct levels of Compounds, metal finishing is improved in both processing time and quality.

Aluminium Oxide Nuggets

Where high cutting rates are required, Aluminium Oxide Nuggets, with its nearly 100% abrasive content is recommended. Nuggets come in different densities, which determine the cutting rate, and different sizes depending on the application.

Drying and Polishing Media

To dry parts rapidly and deposit free, a crushed corn-cob material is required. It can be used as a final polish in some application. Resincraft supplies this product in two sizes.
